Monthly equipment rental charges are determined by signal strength in your location.
Customer equipment including the wireless modem remain the property of Nortex and must be returned upon termination of the account.

Nortex Wireless Broadband is designed to be fixed application. Therefore, moving the modem and/or antenna from one location to another may affect signal strength and reliability.
All new customers are required to sign a commitment agreement and provide a valid credit card number or a deposit of $200 to sign up for service. Advance payments are required for installation costs and first month service. Installation costs can be made in 3 payments. For more information, please read the service agreement.
