Important Information to Avoid Service Interruption
Payments through E-bill are usually processed daily at 2:00 pm excluding weekends and holidays; however, it may take two business days to be completed.  To avoid late fees and/or suspension of service, please make payments two business days before the deadline for disconnections and call the business office at 940-759-2251.

eBill Mobile app
Available on Apple devices with at least version iOS8 and Android devices with at least version 2.2 (Froyo). Windows device are currently not supported.
eBill Mobile app- Pay your Bill with a push of a button!
Features of the eBill Mobile app include viewing your invoice, payments and usage summary in addition to managing certain aspects of your Nortex account. You are also able to make a payment using a credit card stored on file with Nortex. (Note: You cannot enter a new credit card through the eBill mobile app. Please call 940-759-2251 for assistance with credit card management.)
  • Download the free eBill Mobile app from the App Store
  • When you open the app, you will be asked for Company, login username and password:
    • Under Company put:
    • Your login username and password is your eBill login--the same login username and password that you would use here on the Nortex website

Access your Voicemail from your Computer with CommPortal.

1- Click on the "Check your voicemail button".
2- Enter your phone number (10 digit number) and voicemail password and select "Login"
(If you're a new customer, please call Nortex at 940-759-2251 to activate your CommPortal with a secure password.)



Access the Nortex Communications Phone Directory online via Local Solutions.
