Payments through E-bill are usually processed daily at 2:00 pm excluding weekends and holidays; however, it may take two business days to be completed. To avoid late fees and/or suspension of service, please make payments two business days before the deadline for disconnections and call the business office at 940-759-2251.
Doxo is NOT affiliated with Nortex. and we do not recommend the use of this site for your bill payment. Doxo charges processing fees upward to $8, and Doxo payments also take 3-5 days to be posted making it difficult for us to guarantee you make the disconnect deadline of that billing cycle.
