Call Forwarding: Call Forwarding sends all your calls to another number. Your calls can follow you when you can’t be home.
Call Waiting: Call Waiting alerts you with a special tone so you know there is an incoming call when you are already on the line. You can put the first caller on hold and answer the second call.
Caller ID: Caller ID identifies who is calling you. Both name and/or phone number can be delivered. Know who is calling before you pick up or who called while you were out.
Call Waiting ID: Call Waiting ID identifies who is calling you even while you are on another call. Requires call waiting.
Call Return (*69): Call Return calls the last number that called you; even if you don’t know the number of who called.
Do Not Disturb (*78): Do Not Disturb blocks all calls from ringing at your phone. Only callers who have a special identification code can get through on the line.
Per Line Blocking: Per Call Blocking prevents the person you are dialing from seeing your caller ID information; therefore, hiding your identity and your telephone number.
Personal Ringing: Personal Ringing lets you know if a call should be answered or who should answer it, just by the ring. Up to three telephone numbers are assigned to the same line. Each one has its own special ring.
Preferred Call Forwarding (*63): Preferred Call Forwarding sends calls from up to 3 numbers. Your calls from select callers can follow you when you can’t be home.
Priority Ringing: Priority Ringing identifies important callers (or those you want to screen) with a distinctive ring. When you receive calls from one of up to 6 selected numbers, your phone will signal you with a special ring.
Repeat Dialing (*66): Repeat Dialing calls back the last number that you called, whether you received a busy signal or need to re-contact that person.
Selective Call Blocking (*60): Selective Call Blocking rejects calls from up to six specific numbers. Calls from numbers on the list hear a recorded message saying you are not accepting calls. Your phone doesn’t ring.
Special Call Acceptance (*64): Special Call Acceptance allows you to designate up to 6 callers in which you are willing to accept calls.
Speed Dialing – 8 number: Speed Calling dials local or long-distance numbers with just one or two buttons. Save up to 8 numbers.
Speed Dialing – 30 number: Speed Calling dials local or long-distance numbers with just one or two buttons. Save up to 30 numbers.
Three-Way Calling: Three-Way Calling connects you with two people in two different locations at the same time. Or, you can put one person on hold while talking to another.
Voicemail Standard: Multi-featured messaging service that enables you to receive up to 20 messages and save them for 10 days.
Voicemail Enhanced: Multi-featured messaging service that enables you to receive up to 30 messages and save them for 2 weeks. Includes urgent message notification.
Other Features:
Non-Published Number: Prevent your telephone number from being listed in the telephone directory or through directory assistance.
Wire Maintenance Agreement: Protect the inside wiring in your home. If it is cut or damaged, we fix it at no additional costs. Prevents expensive service charges.
International Toll Block: Prevents any calls to international destinations.
Toll Control with PIN (*13): Disable long distance calling except to those who have the personal identification number.
Toll Denial: Permits the customer to only dial local calls and “1-800”calls.
Anonymous Call Block: Prevents calls from callers who have blocked the delivery of their Caller ID Information.
Toll Restriction with 5 Number Access: Permits the customer to only dial local calls and up to 5 long distance phone numbers.
