Covers
- If you experience problems with your Cable TV service, a technician will come to your home and isolate the problem. If the problem is within the Cable TV set top box, cable wiring or connection, the technician will repair or replace those items.

Nortex reserves the right to avoid the agreement under certain conditions.Simple inside telephone wiring covers the telephone wiring that is accessible and replaceable which extends from the protector or connection box at your house and terminates in a standard single line telephone jack. Cable TV wire maintenance covers the wiring for your active outlets.Complex wiring is the telephone wiring to your premise for 2-line phones, multi-line phones, key systems and PBXs.
This wire agreement provides trouble isolation (including determining if customer owned equipment is causing the problem) and repair of customer’s inside wire and jacks. Wire and jacks must be in serviceable condition and in compliance with the FCC Rules and Regulations (Part 68), and local building and fire codes, and National Electrical Code NEC when maintenance agreement is purchased. The price includes all labor and materials. Residential service only.
